Another day of work. Triple broad jump 32.5 feet, clearing 52” hurdle and high pull + power clean at at 265 lbs (80% 1RM power clean). I’m competing in track in 3 weeks so I’m lowering the intensity gradually.

Here is a part of today’s training. I worked on flipping the hips and getting out of breaks. I’m looking forward to receiving American coaching this fall because at the moment I am coaching myself!
P. S. In 3 weeks I’m competing in t&f running 100 and 200m.

Had track training in the morning, footwork in the afternoon. Worked on my brakes today, I’m new to DB and I have a lot to work on, but I’m excited to train and get better. I also have a track meet on July 20th and I’m excited to get some official times ‼️

Today I did weights, plyos and footwork.
I’m working hard to achieve my goals!
I’m the strongest pound for pound I’ve ever been, can power clean 1.5-1.6 BW any day of the week!!! I’m working with a track coach as well. Can’t wait to compete!!!
