🚨🇦🇷 | MILEI DECRETÓ EL FIN DE LA SALUD GRATIS PARA EXTRANJEROS: El Gobierno reglamentó el nuevo sistema de atención sanitaria para extranjeros no residentes permanentes: fuera de las emergencias, quienes quieran recibir atención habitual en hospitales nacionales deberán presentar un seguro médico con cobertura suficiente o pagar previamente la prestación.

La regulación establece además un circuito concreto para que el Estado deje de absorber esos costos: si el extranjero tiene seguro, el hospital notificará a la aseguradora, emitirá la factura electrónica correspondiente y tendrá un plazo de 45 días para cobrar; si no tiene cobertura y solicita una prestación programada, deberá presupuestarse la atención y abonarse el 100% antes de realizarse.

Las emergencias seguirán siendo atendidas sin restricciones, pero una vez estabilizado el paciente, los gastos generados desde el cese de la emergencia hasta el alta podrán ser facturados. Con este esquema, el Gobierno busca evitar que los argentinos terminen financiando tratamientos de extranjeros y reemplazar el viejo sistema por uno en el que cada paciente o su aseguradora se hagan cargo del costo.
