(1/9) @IndiGo6E this is about PNR JB91TK (BluChip 022164376) and one of the worst passenger experiences ever had.
Me + a friend were travelling, we could handle the chaos because we’re young, but I’m terrified how this would’ve gone for a senior citizen.

@IndiGo6E Hi, I’m still waiting for the team to connect with me. I would like you take strict action against the Indigo employee named Shweta sat at the T2 terminal in Mumbai at 4:30 pm on Nov 29.
(9/9) I’ve been loyal to Indigo for years, but this entire experience has shaken my trust.
Sharing this so others are aware of how easily passengers can be left stranded without help.
(8/9) If young travellers get treated like this, what happens to families, elderly passengers, or anyone stuck due to Indigo’s delays?
Passengers deserve better.
@DGCAIndia please take note.

(7/9) Retagging bags and moving passengers is something international airlines do daily.
Indigo, with its monopoly and scale, should too.
Instead, she refused, denied a manager request, and wouldn’t share her full name.
(6/9) We had no stay in Mumbai since delays were on Indigo’s end.
She bluntly said she “cannot help” and we “should’ve asked in Chennai.”
Zero empathy. Zero ownership. Zero solutions.
(5/9) While assisting us, she took a 10-min personal call as we stood at the counter with a long queue behind us.
When she hung up, she looked at us like she’d never seen us before.
This is your “customer service”?
(4/9) She confirmed seats were available but refused to put us on the flight because our bags were “already checked in.”
No policy cited. No explanation. Just:
“Main aapko aur bags ko different flights pe nahi bhej sakti.”
(3/9) In Mumbai, we saw a delayed 4:30 PM Nagpur flight with open seats. A chance to get home that day, or so we thought.
Then we encountered Shweta at the Indigo counter (T2).
@AerLingus This is such a mess. @United keep blaming the unresponsiveness of the aer lingus team at Amsterdam while aer lingus claim that the final carrier to SFO was United so they are responsible. What kind of partnership is this? What is the customer supposed to do?!
@AerLingus utterly disappointed with your service. Called customer support and they told me I can go to the Dublin airport until 11 pm to track lost bag (#0053837941) and I’m at the airport at 10 pm with no staff member! No one’s picking up thru the baggage enquires booth either
@AerLingus I was finally able to talk to someone at the Dublin airport and they confirmed that the bag was put on the flight to Amsterdam. Can you please get someone from the Amsterdam team to connect with United airlines folks?
