At the Boarding gate, they are getting passengers to check in luggages > 10 kilos (owing to a packed flight) WITHOUT charging extra fees despite having a similar policy as Spice Jet. Fair play. You have a loyal customer in me.

Never travelling with @flyspicejet again. Have travelled with all major airlines and none of them weigh the cabin luggage, let alone laptop bags. Having 1 cabin luggage and 1 laptop bag is a norm and is allowed with other airlines, who btw do not weigh these. (1/2)

They even have limited carousels for handing back your luggage (found 3 flights on same carrousel when other ones were empty) resulting in 100’s of people around it. Pathetic. Pay more for better airlines guys
