It’s made a big difference and is super comfortable now though. Keep playing around with the sizing until you find the right combo- it’s worth it!

I kept slipping out of my curved ring at night so switched to the straight, then finally had to go a ring size down but with a curved ring after another slip. That was about 4 months ago now but the cage hasn’t had to come off since then.
