@BootsUK hi Boots. I am trying to call you on 0345 121 9040 to chase a prescription that hasn't been dispatched (but needed!). When I call and press the relevant options, it says sorry, you are closed. This is several times but recently at 10.48am UK. Bit of a shambles really!

@sainsburys just recieved our home delivery. Apart from some food being dirty because it was under some filter in the van and it was dripping, we have received food that is 4 days after its use by date. This is so bad. This will be the last home delivery we have from you.
