@SamsungHelpUK I have an S24, my wife has an S23 FE. I get awesome wifi connection but hers is rubbish, often single figures. We have tried resets (both phone and router), re-adding connection, clearing cache but nothing lasts. Really unhappy...is there a known S23 issue?

@HMRCcustomers I did try that but I cannot get through as once I say I've made the claim and when I made it, it acknowledges I should have received a reply by 10 June but then just cuts me off.....I can never get through to speak to an actual person. It's incredibly frustrating.

@HMRCcustomers submitted tax refund request 30 April. Website says you are now looking at requests from 2 weeks after that date and I should have had a reply by 10 June. Cannot get past telephone "robot" to speak to a real person!!
