@GNRailUK I don’t think you realise the negative impact that yours and network rails service has on people’s mental health and livelihood. I’ve been using the cam - LKX line for 20 years, it’s always been bad, but this is easily the worst it’s ever been.
@GNRailUK Any chance of your services ever running on time? Every train I have got in the last 3 weeks has been delayed. It’s impressive how consistent you are at least.

@_FinancialFox_@GNRailUK There’s literally nobody on this train as it left the departure boards before the platform went up. I’ve never seen so many empty seats on a rush hour train. Again absolute ineptitude from the train operators.

Also not removing it from the departure boards before the platform is called would also be helpful.
Genuinely all I would love is one day without a train issue.
