آسٹریلیا سے آئی نو سالہ معصوم بچی ایک غیر تربیت یافتہ جاہل سی سی ڈی اہلکار کی بھینٹ چڑھ گئی، ہنستا بستا گھر اجڑ گیا۔ صاف نظر آتا ہے گولیاں چلانے والے اہلکار کو نہ تو مجرموں کو پکڑنے کی صحیح تربیت دی گئی تھی، نہ اسے اس بات کی سمجھ تھی کہ گولیاں چلانے بغیر کار سواروں کو سرنڈر کیسے کرانا ہے۔ نہ اس نے کوئی حکمت عملی بنائی، نہ ساتھیوں کے ساتھ فوری طور پہ کوئی آپریشن پلان کیا۔ بس سیدھی گولیاں برسانا شروع کر دیں۔ ایسا لگتا ہے انہیں صرف پہلے سے پکڑے گئے مجرموں کو پار کرنے کے سوا کچھ آتا ہی نہیں ۔
لیکن اس کے باوجود سہیل ظفر چٹھہ صاحب مقتول بچی کے گھر گئے اور وہاں جا کر حاضرین کو سی سی ڈی کی شاندار کارکردگی کی تعریف کرنے پر مجبور کرتے رہے، فرمایا سی سی ڈی ایک شاندار ڈیپارٹمنٹ ہے، کسی ایک اہکار کی غلطی کو پورے ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی غلطی بنا کر پیش نہ کیا جائے۔ گویا موصوف سی سی ڈی پر ہونے والی تنقید سے ناراض دکھائی دیے۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی فرمایا کہ ’’جو معصوم بچی کی جان ضائع ہوئی ہے ہم اس جان کو رائیگاں نہیں جانے دیں گے‘‘۔ اب جملے بازی اپنی جگہ مگر میں سمجھنے سے قاصر ہوں کہ اس ماں کی اجڑی گود میں کلکاریاں بکھیرتی بچی کی ہنسی کیسے واپس لا کے دیں گے۔
اور تو اور سی سی ڈی اہلکار کی تفتیش بھی سٹی پولیس سے لیکر سی سی ڈی کے حوالے کر دی گئی ہے تاکہ گھر کی بات گھر میں رہے۔ افسردہ خاندان تھوڑے عرصے میں آسٹریلیا لوٹ جائے گا اور سی سی ڈی کا یہ قاتل اہلکار پھر سے آزاد ہو کر نوکری پہ بحال ہو جائے گا اور معصوم بچی عالم ارواح سے سوال کرتی رہے گی کہ مجھ پہ گولی کیوں چلائی؟

This is Captain (Retd.) Liaqat Ali Malik recounting his civil services interview, where he openly boasts that he told the panel Pakistan's problems could only be solved by killing at least 1,000 people. He has since been appointed Inspector General of Police of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, out of turn.

The same mindset displayed in this video has been implemented in the ongoing crackdown on civilians in Kashmir, where almost a dozen political activists were gunned down reportedly by the police. Previously as DIG in Lahore, he had lead a violent illegal raid on Imran Khan's home while using his force to terrorize PTI supporters. In Pakistan under #AsimLaw such deranged minded officials have deliberately been placed in position of power to inflict tyranny and quell any peaceful political protest.
