We did not pay for a climate controlled compartment to have dust all over and around and feeling warm as if the AC is not working.

my frnd family I traving to nagpur from varanasi in 12670 ,PNR 2505732695.
Few people who have wrongly occupied the reserved seats 74,75,76,77,78 are making trouble to the family and not leaving the seat. They are traveling with unreserved tickets and not vacating it.
