Free yourself from the conditioning that taught you to fight for things and people that weren’t good for you.
Let it go. Let them go.
Let yourself grow.
May you give and receive a love that breathes, nourishes, strengthens, softens, revives, heals, liberates, affirms, sees, appreciates, lifts, rests, releases, restores, shows up, soars, and sings.
You’re worthy.
We’re worthy.
Perhaps the lesson from your unfulfilling experience was not to erase and silence yourself but to choose people who have the capacity and will to show up for you in the way you are willing to show up for them.
One of the biggest lessons in life is being able to distinguish between the stories other people have created about you and the truth you come to know of yourself.
Wipe the insecurity out of your eyes and look again.
You’re amazing.
If you’re having trouble seeing it, you may need to spend less time in places that distort your vision of yourself.
May you spend less time in places and spaces that are meant to nourish you but only deplete you.
May you be loyal to your mental health and protective of your peace.
You deserve better.
