INS has been overwhelmed for decades due to a massive lack of resources. Hire and train more people to process cases faster. Give them everything they need to overhaul the structure from within.

@ABC30 Anyone who has any experience with the immigration system knows that Trumps approach WILL NOT solve this problem. You have to drastically change the the process from within INS. Update services, pay for more hardware, make the application process move faster.
