I need access to my finances so that I can pay my mortgage on Monday. I don't know why you have blocked them, but as far as I'm concerned this is erring on the side of theft or at least falsely freezing assets with no rhyme or reason. I'm not thinking about raising a complaint, I'm considering contacting the police.

@RevolutApp I don't have sympathy for the fact that your team are busy. They had enough availability to freeze my account and send me a message telling me they are doing it, with no reason. And then, ironically, their availability is an issue when it comes to rectifying their mistake. Do me a favour, get it sorted and escalate to a senior person now. It's been over 24 hours with no resolution.

@RevolutApp 16 hours and still no reply from customer service. 16 hours and I still can't access my funds in my pro/freelancer account. This is disgraceful.

@premierinn awful customer service waiting for a refund- who knew a room stinking of smoke was suitable for a family of 4. What a joke- thought they had standards- waited weeks for. A refund to tell me we are not allowed one!!!!!

@ZSLWhipsnadeZoo We are members and can’t get any tickets- can’t book for any time during school holidays as no option but you can book if you paying for same day - ridiculous that we can’t pay membrship and can’t use! No reply to email sent either and was on hold for an hour on phone.
