It’s not the formation, the system, or the tactics. No matter what you try, if the players aren’t at the required level, this is always how it’s going to be. You can sack managers and shift the blame onto them, but the real problem is players who aren’t stepping up or playing with enough intensity.

It happened with Mourinho.
It happened with Ole.
It happened with Erik ten Hag.
It happened with Ruben Amorim.

Yet fans still think the problem is the manager.

The cycle continues. A wise man once said Manchester United needed open-heart surgery. Everyone mocked Ralf Rangnick. But he was right.

The surgery actually started. It was a major operation, full of difficulty and pain… and then the management sacked the doctor in the middle of it.

I don’t know when this will end, but the state of this club is not in a good place.
