@PhonePeSupport That has been done, the bank statement shows deducted. If once deducted, it should go through the payment gateway ( which is phonepe) there is no data from phonepe saying it was successful, so where is the money ?

@PhonePe my dad has done a payment of 9471/- and the same is deducted from bank, and has not reached merchant account.
