@HDFCBank_Cares Why is that HDFC is denying initiate a NOC for the loan closed??

I had recently got @HDFC_Bank provide me with a Instant jumbo loan even though i was not all need of any. Still took it thinking of investing or make a purchase. They where good at dispersing the loan in 5 mins without any steps on the way to make the payment. More on comments.

Now i am not interested in making the payment immediately. Let @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank be a le to reach me from headoffice or some manager. Even there manager if requested in the support connect will not come on call.

Today the same credit cardcustomer support team, called me over phone and said she will share the payment link directly, which i had asked them multiple times and over different means. Already my credit score is affect.

After trying for 3 days abk to bak i was able to initiate a preclosure request as the customer support AI agent is not capturing the keywords correctly and not able to reach any customer support human. As i already had planned travel, i was away and only received missed calls.

Now i dont understand need for having bank branch if its for not for supporting customers.
The callers for making the repayment always asked me to contact there customer support always informed me to contact customer support number as they cannot share direct payment link. Contd.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares from credit starting calling still making thr payment process confusing for the customer. When i was ready to go to the nearest branch. They say the branch will not support for instant jumbo loan. I dont understand they have branches for any service. Contd..

Once the payment part was asked by me they informed me that it was can be paid with which i made 2 payments and still not recorded or got added to loan account. As per the them the money has to be existing in the HDFC account which i am not using at all in manner rather dormant.
