My new @Lenovo laptop crashed within a month and Lenovo just changed the whole motherboard. After, a few months, now my screen was also coming off because of some glue issue. I have a warranty plus an accidental warranty & #lenovopremium.

Super shitty customer service by @Aptronix Ludhiana. Salesmen give false information to make sales & no resolution by head office as well. Still, false promises being made for refund of due amount? @Apple How are they premium resellers in India?? #fraud #consumerharrassment

@IndiGo6E never expected such a poor experience from you. Travelled with my family from SXR to IXC on 29th Dec on #6041. Got only 6 out of 7 checked in luggage. Filed a PIR to be given a contact which nobody picks up after 20+ attempts since morning! Never flying with you again!

@ZoomCarIndia Yes, team reached out & provided me a sub-standard car having no hand brake instead of the car which i booked 2 months ago. Also, i booked automatic transmission but it was replaced with a manual transmission 7-seater. #VeryPoorService
