As soon as I click “join” it asks me captcha questions to make sure I’m human. I answer correctly. Then the screen goes blank and nothing happens.

Also @British_Airways, your Customer Relations chat guy said to me “Airports are completely functioning & there is no disruption”!!? Why are you telling your staff to tell customers this? This is untrue. You’ve cancelled dozens of flights today alone! Why you making staff lie?

@British_Airways Im due to fly BA in a few days. Youre cancelling dozens of flight & airports are a mess. I’d like to preemptively cancel my flight. I was told today it would cost me €330. This is absurd. I should be able to cancel for free in these circumstances. Can u help?
