Legally, the xrp would no longer belong to the individual. It would belong to the trust. Trusts are one of the biggest financial tools/tricks/loopholes that rich people use to stay rich and not pay taxes. Example: you get sued for an amount more than your net worth, so they take all your money+ your assets, so your car and your house. If most of your money was in your LLC's account and your car and house were in a trust- they just get a few bucks from your personal bank account.

Housing is the #1 cause to crossing costs for Arizonans. Hobbs vetoed simple bills, like the Arizona Starter Homes Act (HB 2570). It was bipartisan. It would have stopped cities from requiring HOAs, minimum home sizes, and anything that 'illegalized' starter homes.
