আমাৰ কাতৰ অনুৰোধ, চাকৰিৰ নিৰাপত্তা নিশ্চিত কৰাৰ লগতে অসমৰ দক্ষ মানৱসম্পদ গঢ়াৰ স্বাৰ্থত আমাৰ সমস্যাসমূহৰ প্ৰতি দৃষ্টি দিয়ক আৰু শীঘ্ৰেই উপযুক্ত ব্যৱস্থা গ্ৰহণ কৰক।

২০ জুলাইঃ বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষক সন্থা অসমৰ কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ সভা সোমবাৰে পুৱা ১০ বজাৰ পৰা গুৱাহাটী লতাশিলতস্থিত বিষ্ণু নিৰ্মলা শিশু পুথিভঁৰাল প্ৰেক্ষাগৃহত অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সভাত সভাপতিত্ব কৰে সন্থাৰ সভাপতিয়ে। সভাত অসম ৰাজ্যিক শিক্ষা পৰিষদৰ (ASSEB) অধ্যক্ষ ৰমেশ চন্দ্ৰ জৈন, সদৌ অসম কৰ্মচাৰী পৰিষদৰ সভাপতি দ্বিপেন শৰ্মা, মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষক আৰু কৰ্মচাৰী সন্থাৰ সম্পাদক ব্ৰজেন চেটিয়া, হাইস্কুল শিক্ষক সন্থাৰ সভাপতি সুনন্দ কলিতা আৰু উপ-সভাপতিসহ বহু বিশিষ্ট অতিথি উপস্থিত থাকে।

সভাত বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষাৰ পাঠ্যপুথি আঞ্চলিক ভাষালৈ অনুবাদ কৰাৰ প্ৰয়োজনীয়তাৰ ওপৰত বিশেষভাৱে আলোকপাত কৰা হয়। বক্তাসকলে কয় যে মাতৃভাষাত পাঠ্যসামগ্ৰী উপলব্ধ হ'লে শিক্ষাৰ মান উন্নত হোৱাৰ লগতে ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীয়ে বিষয়বস্তু সহজে বুজি পাব।

ইয়াৰ উপৰিও, সংগঠনৰ বিষয়ববীয়াসকলে বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষকসকলৰ দীৰ্ঘদিনীয়া সমস্যাসমূহ : চাকৰি নিয়মীয়াকৰণৰ নামত ভুৱা প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি, তৃতীয় পক্ষৰ জৰিয়তে পৰিচালিত ব্যৱস্থা, দৰমহাৰ কোনো উত্তৰণ নোহোৱা আৰু চাকৰিৰ নিশ্চয়তাৰ অভাৱ আদিৰ সমাধানৰ বাবে সক্ৰিয় ভূমিকা গ্ৰহণ কৰাৰ আশ্বাস দিয়ে। লগতে চৰকাৰৰ দৃষ্টি আকৰ্ষণ কৰি এই সমস্যাসমূহ সমাধানৰ বাবে প্ৰয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্ৰহণৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত মাৰ্গদৰ্শন আৰু সহযোগিতা আগবঢ়োৱাৰ প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি দিয়ে।

Assam has thousands of qualified youth with degrees like MBA, M Sc Agriculture, MCA, MTTM, Mass Communication etc ; the very qualifications required to teach vocational subjects in government schools. Yet, many are leaving the state in search of better employment as no posts have been created by Education Department. @OfficeofHBS

Why not create and fill Vocational Teacher posts in government schools and give our own youth the opportunity to build Assam's future? @ranojpeguassam

If a skilled Assam is the goal, skill education must begin in schools with qualified, stable teachers. @CMOfficeAssam

Hon'ble Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma @himantabiswa Sir, we request your intervention to stop this mismatch between unemployment and opportunity. Let Assam's talent build Assam.

Hon'ble Education Minister Dr. @ranojpeguassam Sir, Rajasthan High Court has ordered to end the exploitative third-party TMP model in Vocational Education.

In Assam too, we have been raising this for years that the mismanaged and exploitative private third-party TMP model which is responsible for teacher recruitment should go. Our sincere prayer to you to direct @Samagra_Assam to stop third-party involvement and start direct recruitment of Vocational Teachers by the Government, like the successful #HaryanaModel.

Direct Govt recruitment = Greater transparency & accountability.

A third-party TMP under @Samagra_Assam is issuing "URGENT REMINDER" forcing teachers to courier attendance sheets ONLY via DTDC & threatening against Speed Post. Is Samagra Shiksha Assam directing this? Why is India Post @IndiaPostOffice suddenly "unworthy" @JM_Scindia? Who bears the extra cost; teachers again? Enough harassment.

Question: Under which provision of the agreement, Samagra Shiksha guideline, or official order has the TMP mandated the use of DTDC only and prohibited Speed Post for submission of attendance sheets?

We are in Government schools but recruited through private agencies, work under exploitative third-party contracts, and our condition is no better than the 108 ambulance workers.
While the state talks about building a Skilled Assam, skill educators are being treated as disposable.
Why can’t Samagra Shiksha Assam recruit vocational teachers directly and give us dignity, security and fair service conditions?
