Ola Electric “Hyper Service” reality
My @Olacabs scooter battery suddenly drops from 20% to 0%. Took it to the service center expecting a fix. What followed was pure frustration. ⚡😡

Travelled 52 kms to the Ola service center in Vellore. Told “BMS battery balancing will take 1 MONTH”.
Advice from Barkath: Don’t ride below 30% charge.
This is unacceptable.
