Update on my FibreX situation because this is getting ridiculous.

It’s now been over a week since installation, and my internet is still not activated. @MTN180 @MTNFibreX @MTNNG

I also did some checking online, and I’m honestly concerned.

There are multiple similar complaints from other users describing the same pattern installation done, payment made, but no activation and no proper follow-through.

I did that immediately.

Since then? No resolution. Just stupid bullshit message from ai . Nothing.

I signed up for FibreX, paid for the service, and your team came to my house and completed the installation over a week ago.

My internet is still NOT activated

Installing a service you don’t activate for over a week is unacceptable. This experience has been frustrating from start to finish, and quite frankly, your handling of this has been poor.
