English testing exams are also compulsory for some countries. PTE or IELTS

I suggest contacting 5 different supervisors at a time.

First, look come up with a topic, write a proposal, then go to their site and find a supervisor whose your work or his work align with each other.

Getting a supervisor approval is the first step.
