Request no 9990288444 raised on 8-Mar. Service technician came on 10-Mar and told he is unaware to fix it as the water purifier model is latest one. No experienced technician visited then. Device worked only for a month and down till now.Worst service experience @EurekaForbes

@policybazaar And why should i bare the cancellation charges for the bug you have in your site ?

[Naveen @iam_naveenm]

So many issues with @policybazaar You choose a bike variant for a policy and you get one for different variant. Customer support just buys time asking various docs to correct the policy rather than fixing the bug in their site.

[Naveen @iam_naveenm]

@policybazaar When will i get the correct policy ?

[Naveen @iam_naveenm]
