How does “sustainable supply chain” actually play out in practice here?
Most case studies I study are based in Europe or the US — cold chains, rail systems, carbon pricing, EV fleets. But in Lagos, the operational realities feel very different: road congestion, fuel quality issues, informal logistics networks, unreliable power, and cost being king.
