If you don't have a WHY, you're running in circles.
The athlete who’s chasing a purpose feeding his family, proving everyone wrong will outlast the one "just playing the game."
They won’t believe in you.
Not the offer. Not the business. Not the crazy idea. Our aspirations are so big that people on the outside call us delusional or hate.
And they’re right unless you make it happen.
Want to avoid a rut forever? Do this:
When you're in a rut, you feel unsatisfied, angry, DISGUSTED. When you're not, you feel good—the momentum is there. Here's the TRICK: switch the emotions.
In the gym or on your business, feel unsatisfied—it’s not enough. It will push you.
Can't do the workout? Start small.
Think progressive overload: 'If I only do the warm-up, that’s a win.' But once you’re warmed up, you’ll think, 'Might as well do the first set.' Then the second. Before you know it, you’ve crushed the whole workout.
Stop waiting for January 1st—it’s just another excuse.
Action is what changes your life.
Start today. Build momentum. Stay consistent. Let your results speak for themselves.
Discomfort isn’t a sign to stop—it’s a sign you’re growing.
Your brain clings to old beliefs because they feel safe.
Lean into the resistance—that’s where your dream life begins.
What’s one belief you’ve let go of to grow?
