From an article in the @thetimes I did. Never really spoken about mental health before but I was in a very tough place in Norwich. Had another tough time when I was coaching in Ottawa from overworking and burning myself out. I spoke to someone this time and it really helped me.

I tried to hide it both times as I didn't want to be judged in the industry but thankful that now it is much more accepted to struggle sometimes. Its ok not to be ok.

Posting this as hearing of so many people that have taken their owns lives recently and just want to share my story that even if it seems desperate at times there is light at the end of the tunnel. If you are struggling, talk to someone, please. 🙏
