He talked with the media and said that :

➡️ I am telling you, listen carefully, all of you. I have a request for the corrupt police officers as well as the honest ones. Every single corrupt police officer is being recorded on video. We will not spare them.

➡️ The Constitution of India will not spare them. Keep this in mind. Those who have committed these excesses will be handpicked and the Constitution and law of India will ensure they are sent to jail.

➡️ And we, the lawyers, are the tools of that process. We understand our responsibility as lawyers, and I am very sorry and apologize for being late. I have already explained the reason, but now I have arrived with my entire team.

➡️ Lawyers will stand here like a shield. You want to take any legal action? No problem. No one will raise a stick.

➡️ And I have a request for the honest police officers: it is your responsibility to stop such corrupt people from attacking the owners, the citizens.

➡️ Secondly, you should make entries in your personal diaries that such and such officer performed this action today. If you want to save yourselves from the Constitution and law of India, this is my request to honest officers, even if you have to do it secretly, honest police officers should just collect evidence.

BPSC के भीतर बैठे डेंगू मच्छरों के बारे में आपको सतर्क होना ही होगा. नहीं तो फिर कोई Paper Leak होगा, आप बदनाम होंगे, बिहार की भद पिटेगी.

कल ही हमने बताया था कि आपकी शपथ के दिन ही खेल हो गया था, लेकिन आपके मुंगेर ने इज्जत बचा ली. बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग/ BPSC द्वारा आयोजित सहायक शिक्षा विकास पदाधिकारी (AEDO) एग्जाम का पेपर लीक होते-होते बचा. इस बार तो साजिश रचने के संदेह घेरे में वह एजेंसी सांई एडुकेयर प्रा. लिमिटेड, जयपुर ही है, जिसे BPSC ने काम दिया था.

मुंगेर पुलिस की प्रारंभिक कार्रवाई में ही इसके साक्ष्य मिले हैं कि एजेंसी के कर्मी ही बायोमेट्रिक कैप्चर के माध्यम पेपर लीक और 20 से 22 लाख का भुगतान करने वाले छात्रों को अवैध लाभ पहुंचाने में लगे थे. गिरफ्तारी भी हुई है.

आगे यह जानना आवश्यक है कि क्या M/S Sai Educare Pvt. Ltd. की गड़बड़ हरकतों के बारे में Bihar Public Service Commission को पता नहीं था. और यदि पता था, तो फिर ऐसी ही एजेंसियों पर BPSC की कृपा क्यों बरसती है ? मैं बिना तथ्य के कोई बात नहीं करता.

तस्वीरों को देखिए. NTA (National Testing Agency) के आदेश के 3 पन्नों को पढ़िए. साफ पता चल जाएगा, सांई एडुकेयर प्रा. लिमिटेड ने हाई कोर्ट तक की परीक्षा में अव्यवस्था की थी. फिर, लंबी जांच और कारण पृच्छा के बाद एन टी ए ने इसे 1 साल के लिए ब्लैकलिस्टेड कर दिया था. निश्चित तौर पर BPSC को जानकारी रही होगी, ऐसे में इन्हें बिहार में एंट्री कैसे मिल गई.

आज इतना ही. आगे के EPISODE में BPSC के सांई प्रेम को और भी ठीक से हम बता देंगे. बांकी काम आयोग और सरकार का है.

I went to close my Indian Bank account, but the bank staff told me I must deposit ₹3964 as maintenance charges before they can close it. This is unreasonable and unacceptable.
