@SamsungCareUS it’s really not right that because Samsung delivered the washer three months late, I’ve effectively lost that time from my Care+ warranty coverage. I shouldn’t lose warranty protection for months I didn’t even have the product.

@SamsungCareUS my 3-year-old Samsung washer isn't working properly. I tried to file a warranty claim but was told it's expired. I purchased it on Aug 5, 2022, but never got it till Nov 4,2022. Support confirmed the warranty should start on the delivery date.

@SamsungCareUS after nearly 90 minutes on the phone and multiple transfers, I was told no one can help me. My washer's warranty should start from the delivery date (Nov 4, 2022), not the purchase date (Aug 5, 2022) as I was told by several care members.

@AmazonHelp Hello. I received a Fruitfully delivery but don’t know who it came from. The packing slip says to call customer service to help identify the sender, but when I call or use chat support, they said they can’t help.
