@AlfieSelvaggi @CP24 Also, the issue with this article is more of a fear-mongering tactic used by developers to push Canadians to buy more from the currently at-crisis condo market, pushing the market into panic buys, its been the same song and dance for years.

@AlfieSelvaggi @CP24 Not accurate my friend - the demand won’t go to zero, for simplicity it will be reduced by lets say the same 25% increase in cost to US, the warehouses will be at a 25% surplus, manufacturers still need to move the product, so they will need to compete for the CDN market
