@CM_JnK What about multitasking staff sir. Why their pay level doesn't be the same. Why sub level in Level-1. Please address this issue.

@CM_JnK What about MTS employees? Their pay level has been divided into three categories, whereas in other states/UTs, the pay level starts from 18000. But in JK, it is divided into three sub-levels: basic SL1 14800.
