Respected Hon’ble Chief Minister J&K,
We humbly wish to draw your kind attention to the long-pending issue of pay disparity faced by Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) employees in Jammu & Kashmir.
Despite performing duties identical in nature and responsibility.
@CM_JnK What about MTS employees? Their pay level has been divided into three categories, whereas in other states/UTs, the pay level starts from 18000. But in JK, it is divided into three sub-levels: basic SL1 14800.
Kindly take up the matter
