@Airtel_Presence Local engineering is not receiving my phone calls. In my township more than 300 connections are within the area. We are not able to connect to customer care.

@IRCTCofficial@AshwiniVaishnaw@drmbct@RailMadad As I understand a ticket checker should not have charged more than 250. They have treated us as a person without a ticket. Still I carry a local train ticket. Which is totally absurd as I understand. Penalty should be made on passenger without platform ticket.
