Applied for Jio AirFiber in April, paid ₹807, but order got cancelled as my area is not serviceable. Was promised refund within 7 days, but till now amount is showing as voucher instead of refund in bank account. Kindly resolve this ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

@reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber However, till now no refund has been received in my bank account. Instead, the amount is being shown as a JioFiber voucher, which I do not want.
This delay and forced voucher adjustment is highly disappointing. Kindly process my refund to the original payment method immediately.

@reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber I applied for Jio AirFiber in April and paid ₹807 as asked by your representative. The next day, the installation team informed me that my location is not serviceable and cancelled my order. I was assured that the refund would be credited back to my account within 7 days.
