@ACTFibernet 1. please keep some efficient people in your billing system. After i downgraded my yearly subscription you billing service is showing that i have to pay extra amount and keep deactivating my internet connection. It happened 3 times. I called 7 times for resolving.

4. I requested to remove external wiring and do internal wiring on 9th nov. Till now it didn’t happened. Your team said, wire issue, box issue, system issue. But no solution yet. They are very interested in closing the case number without resolving the issue completely.

2. Even after this problem haven’t solved. Every time customer care executives says its billing issue but it didn’t solved. In last 10 days i have raised 2 complaints multiple times and every time with out solving the issue i gets a message like problem was addressed.
