A drunk policeman shot me at a checkpoint in 2011.
The bullet tore through my car, through my right hand.
I lost my career as an animator. My marriage cracked. My mind still bleeds.
The twist?
I sued the Nigeria Police. Won in 2015.
Judge said: "Pay his medical bills."
10 years later. Zero naira.
I face permanent disability without help.

Criminals who sell fake drinks, fake medicine, fake beverages, including fake consumables for children, should be classified as terrorists. When caught, they should be convicted, jailed and shot on live TV.
The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) must do more to fight fake drugs, fake drinks and fake beverages in Nigeria. A lot of people are getting sick (kidney disease, liver failure, cancer, etc) and killed by these fake consumables. It has become too much. NAFDAC and SON must do more!
PS: If you can, destroy that bottle of Casamingos, Glen CRU, Martell, Jack Daniels, Jameson Black Barrel, Hennessy or Macallan after drinking the content. You will be helping to fight manufacturers of fake drinks in your own way. These criminals are out to kill you and make your family miserable. They also make fake beer SMH 🤦🏾♂️!
PSS: They don’t want you to see this post or engage with it. They don’t want you to talk about it either. But your mother or father might be the next victim. Will you be silent? RT!
This weekend, we were in Monaco experiencing the E1 Racing Championship. It was a good reminder of how innovation, determination, and bold ideas can come together to create something truly groundbreaking.
I’m proud to share that Lagos will become the first African city to host the E1 Championship on October 4th and 5th, 2025. That’s a major milestone for the sport and for what it says about our city. It shows that Lagos is ready to be part of the global conversation on clean energy, sustainability, and new approaches to marine transportation.
This is an opportunity to show the world what makes Lagos special, our culture, our energy, and our people. It’s a chance to welcome visitors, share our stories, and highlight the incredible potential of our city.
I’m grateful to Afreximbank for their support, not just as a partner but as a believer in what Lagos can achieve. Their investment in Team Drogba and their commitment to this vision mean a great deal.
We’re bringing a world-class sporting event to our shores, we’re opening a new chapter for Lagos and I can’t wait for the world to see what we have to offer.
I always thought I was "too much" for the corporate world.
Too loud.
Too weird.
Too ambitious.
And I tried to fit in.
But that's not where I belonged.
The moment I stopped trying to fit in, everything changed.
Following a 24-hours vacation notice given to illegal traders selling rams on the road median at Alaba Rago, the joint operatives of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps @LAGESCOfficial and the Lagos Waste Management Agency @Lawma_gov commenced the cleanup of the entire road median.
This exercise will be followed by a standby monitoring and enforcement team to ensure that sanity is restored to the area.

I spent years wondering what my legacy will be.
And then it hit me:
Legacies aren't built by figuring out what you want your legacy to be.
They're built by doing work that makes you proud.
