I used to think intersectional feminism was the way to go. As I get older and more educated I realize that if you stick every one and every issue into a movement it becomes too messy and large to accomplish anything. This is why I am now into Radical Feminism.
I will add onto this, sometimes the school needs a strict policy like this to get kids to out their phones away. On e they learn to not be on it all day and in class usually they can just keep them in their backpacks.
As someone that works in education, this is a good thing. Kids are nonstop on their phones, learning for many students is just not happening because they do not have the self control to put it away during class.
@Tominhekk02@CartoonsHateHer I feel like a lot of the sober addicts I know go into extreme sports or dive into some niche hobby. They just become addicted to a healthier hobby than alcohol or other substances
Although I don’t think women should be treated badly for their clothing choices, I don’t think hijabs are good for women and feminism as a whole. I also critic Christian purity culture so don’t come at with me being “islamaphobic”, I’m critical of many religions.
@HazelAppleyard_ I got one for the first time a few weeks ago and it’s the first thing I noticed cause I wanted to take everything apart and wash it before using it.
@Slatzism If I bought my husband flowers he’d be so confused 😂😂 only time I’ve given flowers to a man was my brother in high school because he directed the school play and that’s the customary gift. Lmao
@Bosslady75110@Serena_Partrick Yup! It’s one thing to steal an apple or something small (not advocating for this but I get it) but it’s been taken as an excuse to just rob people. Store owners are starting to fight back, I’m also sick of most things I need locked up.
@zerochills I was a caregiver for almost a decade. This is what we call a Tuesday.
Caregivers need to be paid more, I cannot count the amount of hits, slaps, bites, and scratches I received while taking care of the elderly.
@realgirl_fieri Kids mattress on the floor. Rich = Montessori—good for their development and calming for the mind. Poor = how could you not buy them a bed? Neglectful.
