Looking to buy a house ... maybe buy a bigger one because most probably your kids will be needing that space.
In U.S. 34% of all adults were living were living with their parents in year 2020 and now this is 50%.
I know a young airplane pilot in Calgary with 3 kids buying house much bigger than current needs because he told me that his kids will not be able to afford their own house when they grow up.. so he is already buying extra space.
When you create so much money out of thin air (happened after Covid) it only helps asset owners and not income earners and genz by then had not even started capital accumulation.
The most cursed and depressed generation till now is Genz ... Al is taking away their own thinking process and money printing is out pricing them from real estate markets... no wonder they are spending their young adult hood either gaming in basement of their parents or speculating.
The below snippet is about US (also relevant to Canada) but give it 5 years and you will see same in India.

@udaykotak @KotakBankLtd really having hard time with your metoda branch. Despite of complain at nodal office and @RBI Ombudsman, BM Raj Gondhiya pathetic behaviour in solving issue. We cant expect such services from Kotak bank, One person can delay transaction as he pleases.

@udaykotak @jay_kotakone never thought 1 person (Raj Gondhiya BM metoda branch) can control banks policy. Nodal office and ombudsman RBI complain cannot break his attitude. Have been suffering since 3.5 months now.

@GoogleIndia someone has wrongly added my numbe to their google account and I am getting marketing calls. I tried google support but no luck. Also filed complaint but no luck.

@brijessh @reliancejio @JioCare yes, so that nobody can misuse this service by generating bank and other financial transaction OTP. you can complain in 24 h if someone has tried to misuse your number.
