one of the hardest part of the past year and a half is not being able to use this escape machine because of the bad terrain.
but it will be different this coming month. i have to get back into the grid.
one of the hardest thing i've done in my life is cycling. i reach a point where i ask myself why i put myself through that much unnecessary pain. i even have to cuss myself just to keep going and not stop. but at the same time it's the most fun i've ever had.
just do it.

you have conversations with people and you realise they don't really care except for how they feel. your problems and sufferings are yours.
i hope you realise that is why they are your problems, so put your head down and get the work in. get your shit together and make it happen.
so grateful for having these steel at home. being able to do the reps at whatever hour i wish to break the sweat.
grateful for being able to push through the pain to get the gains in.
grateful for steel has thought me patience and consistency.
growth over pain.
water teaches you to let go of control.
you can't fight water, you fight you drown.
letting go is the language of the universe.
i have to spend more time in the water, i have to learn how to swim.
