@TMobileHelp I was charged $395 for the late return of a gateway. It was received back at T-Mobile on 3/13. I chatted with Fred on 3/24 and was told I would get the refund within 10 days. I never got it. I chatted with Zack on 4/5 and was told 3 days. Yet Again still no refund

@TMobileHelp Hello. I want to get 3 lines on MMMilitary. I live in a very rural area. Tmo does show extended 5g. I thought the network Pass would let me try it, but it couldn't download to my S21 ultra. I tried numerous times. The system now tells me I am not eligible. Pleas help
