2. Yes Article 324 gives ECI power for SIR, but excluding IDs like Aadhaar, Ration card ,Voter ID raises questions. It indirectly violates the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (Sec 19) & undermines the right to vote.
ECI must re-evaluate its policies & autonomy.
