@Currys_irl So this seems to be closed... No activity on it for years... No email reply, and staff that stand around in stores talking about the weather... All I want to know is why if I go into a store I can't buy something there rather than having the sales person tell me to order online
When did customer loyalty stop meaning anything?
A recent experience involving a loyalty reward, a special family trip, and a wall of "computer says no" responses got me thinking about how many companies now value policies more than people.

My 89-year-old mother spent months saving Tesco Clubcard points for a UK family trip to celebrate her 90th. She converted โฌ15 of points into a โฌ45 Stena reward, discovered the fare offered little real saving for her booking, and chose not to use it.

Not because she'd travelled. Not because she'd used the reward. Just because of policy.
It's really not about the โฌ15 is more about common sense and flexibility

So @NCTIreland has just randomly cancelled my appointment for the 12th Jan. No explanation! Is this a regular occurrence!? Has anyone else had this happen?
