@AmericanAir when people are stuck on the runway, asking if they’re going to make their connection it’s probably best if a flight attendant doesn’t get on the PA annoyed to say, we want to get off the plane too, complain to the airport, we know you have other flights.

@ShakyKneesFest why is there no mobile app this year!!!????!!!! That is extremely disappointing!!!!! I’ve been to all but one year of the festival. Over the past years that have had it, I have used it every day of the festival. I would pay 99 cents for it if it was about cost.
