I built my own Linux update manager.
- One command updates your apps across every package manager you use - pacman, AUR, Flatpak, Snap, apt, dnf, brew in one go.
- It deliberately leaves the system layer (kernel, drivers, firmware) alone, so you never end up half-upgraded.
- The full OS upgrade is a separate step that takes a snapshot first so that you can roll back.
- Or just update the actual apps you open; it knows which installed packages are real GUI apps and updates only those.👇
