@ShopBackAU I purchased a $600 gift card at 5pm yesterday from your Australia app. There was NO warning that it would not work and now 24 hours later I still have no gift card due to “Microsoft error” which many businesses have now already fixed. I should have been warned first!

@ShopBackAU you took $600 and I have nothing in return. The item I was going to purchase with the $600 gift card has now gone OFF sale so when I do eventually get my gift card I have to spend more money. So many businesses have already fixed the Microsoft issue, fix yours now!!!!
