So apparently, the reason why my Samsung fold has no audio is because the front was scratched, and they want me to replace the LCD for $330.

Booked an appointment at #samsung service center, appointment number not recognized. Someone else walked in, entered their appointment number and breezed through. I asked someone for assistance, they said, you need to wait for a special code from the service counter.
