We are business people and our commitments come for toss due to your delivery executive attitude. Every now and then this happens. They don't answer call, avoid communication. The food is anyway very stale now and the customer is asking for full refund.
Requesting you to please get in details, look into this matter and let me know the reason behind such a hefty delay on a sunday for order which was not more than 5 6 kilometers and delivery guy took more than 1 hour 15 minutes to deliver.

I've been trying to get in touch with him but he is telling me that WEFAST AND BORZO has given me 4 orders together, while being on call also he was at a silent location which concludes he was not riding.
