As we remember Robbie Robertson, I think of his excellent guitar work on "W.S. Walcott's Medicine Show."

Here's The Band performing the number at the Academy of Music in 1971.

That opening guitar riff is forever ingrained in my head.

@MatRyanELATeach Been pondering this problem for the last 2 days, with no clear solution how to get around it in my comp classes.
But I do know this: AI is going to be a lifesaver on those days I need to dummy up a quick lesson plan or class activity for my sub when I'm sick.

[Chris Case @iamchriscase]

@MatRyanELATeach @carlrosin @mattcarton If storming the capitol building to overturn election certification and to threaten the lives of elected officials is "in no way ... a threat to democracy," then what, pray tell, is? You, sir, hold a considerably high threshold for the concept of what constitutes a "threat."

Addressing the teacher shortage shouldn't involve lowering criteria to be a teacher--it should involve supporting teachers, paying them, and providing the resources needed to best serve students.

[Chris Case @iamchriscase]

@Perapiteticus Teaching is in your DNA, and the students benefit from your knowledge and experience. The times may change, but the need for quality teaching doesn't.

[Chris Case @iamchriscase]

@MatRyanELATeach @dst6n01 ditto that here.
