@AskLyft @lyft was charged a cancelation fee. Your app showed a pick up in 3 minutes that jumped to 12 minutes so I took a cab. The driver was there then disappeared. It was 2 am and I didn't want to risk waiting when the app was glitching. Please refund the cancel fee.
