Wonderful policy.
We were held detainees and the driver dint allow us to get out of the bus when it reached the Edinburgh airport. Please note : the vehicle is still at the stop. But doors closed. We missed the flight due to the Megabus policy. Getting a solicitor.

Very rude and unapologetic behaviour from one of your drivers who drove the city link bus from Glasgow Buchanan bus station to Edinburgh airport on January 1st, 3:30 PM. Driver did not open the door that literally closed in front of us who said next stop is city centre

@megabusuk He only stopped at the city centre and we had to catch a taxi to get back to the airport . This is our first time here and we didn’t expect such rude behaviour from a bus driver who generally are very kind and understanding.

@megabusuk Just to be sure, we went down to ask the driver by coming down from upstairs who literally closed the door as we reached next to him. We told him we wanted to get down at the airport and
his response was “Next stop is Edinburgh city centre”.

@megabusuk We thought he was joking as the bus is still in the bus stop , it’s just that the doors are closed. It hasn’t even moved. He was very inconsiderate of our request . We literally begged him to open the door and he wouldn’t respond.
