@PhilipsCare I got the replacement from Amazon regarding the missing cover plate. However, it still doesn’t have the cover panel in the box. They offer me to send another replacement, but I don’t think it’ll have the cover panel. Could you investigate more on this problem? Thanks

They removed 2FA on 29th, then there’s another issue with email verification code. It was valid for 1 hour but I received it 4 hours later, in between I requested another code but didn’t get it too @coinexchange_io
